1. Introduction

By purchasing any digital design from our Website or Etsy shop, you agree to abide by these terms of use.

Please read them carefully.

2. Definition of the Product

The products sold in our Website or Etsy shop are digital designs, primarily available in SVG and PNG formats, with some designs available in PNG format only. These are downloadable items, and no physical items will be shipped to you.

3. License Types

We offer four license types to meet different business needs. Every design purchase includes a Standard License at no additional cost.

If you wish to use our designs for wholesale, transfers/decals, or digital conversion, you are required to purchase the corresponding Extended License before engaging in those activities.

These extended licenses reflect the higher commercial value and revenue potential of these specialized business models, ensuring fair compensation for the expanded use of our artwork and IP.

Standard License (Included with Every Purchase)

Every design you purchase automatically includes the Standard License, which grants you the following rights:

Personal Use: You may use our designs for personal projects and the creation of physical products for personal use.

Small Business Commercial Use: You may use our designs to create and sell unlimited physical products under your own brand (such as through your Etsy shop, personal website, or in-person sales).

Alteration of Designs: You are free to modify our designs to match your brand. This includes changing colors, rearranging elements, or removing parts of the design. But please note that our SVG files are structured with similar colored elements grouped together as layers, you will need to make any modifications yourself, as we do not offer custom editing services.

Print-On-Demand Fulfillment: Our designs may be used with POD fulfillment services like Printful or Printify (or similar), provided you operate under your own brand (your own Etsy shop or personal website).

Standard License does NOT include:

  • Wholesale or bulk production for distribution

  • Creating or selling transfers/decals (DTF, UVDTF, sublimation transfers, vinyl decals, etc.)

  • Digitizing for embroidery file resale

  • Creating digital products for resale

Wholesale/B2B Extended License

Wholesale & Bulk Production: You may produce physical products in bulk for wholesale distribution to retailers and other businesses. Handle large B2B orders and expand your market reach.

Unlimited Production & Sales: No unit cap. Create and sell 1,000, 10,000, or more physical products without restrictions.

Note: This license applies to physical products only and does NOT include transfers/decals or digital conversion file sale.

Digital Conversion Extended License

Embroidery File Resale: You may digitize our designs into embroidery machine-specific file formats (such as .DST, .PES, .JEF, and similar formats) and sell them.

Cross-Stitch & Craft Patterns: You may convert our designs into cross-stitch patterns, punch needle patterns, weaving patterns, or other specialized craft format files for sale.

Unlimited Digital Sales: No cap on the number of times you can sell your converted digital files.

Important Requirements:

  • Your converted files must involve substantial transformation (digitizing, charting, or complex conversion work) and cannot be easily re-converted back to the original format.

  • End-users who purchase your converted files may not resell or further distribute those files digitally.

  • Our original SVG and PNG files may not be resold in their native format.

Note: This license does NOT include the right to create or sell transfers/decals. A separate Transfer Distributor License is required for that use.

Transfer Distributor License

Authorization for Transfer Supply Business: You may manufacture and sell physical transfer sheet products to other crafters and businesses.

Permitted Transfer Types:

  • DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers

  • UV/DTF transfers

  • Sublimation transfer sheets

  • Screen print transfers

  • Vinyl decals and similar transfer sheet products

Unlimited Production: No cap on the number of transfer sheets you can print and sell.

Note: This license authorizes the sale of physical, ready-to-press transfer products only. It does not include rights to resell our original digital files or to create digital product bundles.

4. Prohibited Uses (Applicable to All Licenses Unless Specifically Permitted)

Reselling or Sharing the Digital File: You may not resell, share, or distribute the original digital file, or any part of it, in its native format.

POD Marketplaces: You may not upload or sell our designs on print-on-demand marketplace platforms such as Amazon, RedBubble, Zazzle, CafePress, Society6, or similar sites. This prohibition applies to all license types. These platforms commoditize designs by allowing unlimited sellers to use the same artwork simultaneously, which diminishes the unique value you bring to your brand and undermines the sustainability of independent artists. We protect this boundary to ensure our designs remain special tools for building your distinct brand identity, not mass-market commodities.

Claiming as Your Own: You may not claim any part of our designs as your own original artwork.

Use as a Brand Logo: Our designs may not be used as a primary logo for a brand or business, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Trademark Registration: You may not register our designs or any part of them as a trademark.

5. Ownership

When you purchase our digital designs, you are purchasing a license to use the designs according to the terms specified above. We retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to all designs. You do not acquire ownership of the design files themselves.

6. Violation of Terms

If we find that you have violated these terms of use, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include revoking your license to use our designs, pursuing monetary damages, and reporting the violation to relevant platforms and authorities.

7. Changes to These Terms

As the digital design industry continues to evolve, new types of products and platforms may emerge that necessitate updates and changes to our terms of use. We therefore reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to better protect our designs from new risks. We kindly encourage you to review our terms of use regularly, especially when you observe significant changes in the industry or intend to use our designs in new ways. Your continued use of our designs constitutes your acceptance of any changes we make to our terms.
