Extended License For Selling Printed Transfers (ENTIRE SHOP)

This extended use license permits you, as a small business owner, to sell SVG Society's pre-made designs AS printed transfers.

This license is for businesses that intend use our designs to produce & sell products such as:

• DTF Transfers

• Sublimation Transfers

• UV/DTF Transfers

• Screen Print Transfers

• Waterslide Decals

• Craft Iron-On Transfers

• Printed/Cut Vinyl Transfers

• Etc. (as long as your end product is used to transfer our designs)

With this license you can print an unlimited number of our designs to sell as Transfers mentioned above.

Acquiring this license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our digital designs under the scope of our terms of usage below.

TERMS OF USE:

✿ PERMITTED USAGE

You may utilize our designs for producing and selling DTF Transfers, Sublimation Transfers, UV/DTF Transfers, Screen Print Transfers, Waterslide Decals, Craft Iron-On Transfers, Printed/Cut Vinyl Transfers and Other similar products (as long as your end product is used to ‘transfer’ our designs).

✿ RESTRICTIONS

You cannot resell, share, distribute, or sublicense our designs, either in their original form or modified. You cannot enable customers or third parties to download, extract, or save our design files, whether directly or indirectly. You cannot allow downloading, capturing, saving, or any other means of reproducing our designs outside the context of the permitted usage. You cannot utilize our designs in any manner that directly competes with SVG Society's products.

The extended license granted to you under this agreement does not extend to third-party businesses, and it is strictly non-transferable. Each transfer shop business intending to utilize our designs for commercial purposes must obtain the appropriate extended license directly from SVG Society.

✿ ONLINE GANG SHEET BUILDER USAGE

If you're using a gang sheet builder or a similar system in your service, please ensure to maintain our design's integrity. If needed, configure your gang sheet builder to prevent other people from being able to freely access, download or save our files. If your system lacks this feature, establish clear terms of use, explicitly prohibiting any unauthorized use, copying or downloading the designs to add an extra layer of protection and deter potential misuse.

✿ PROOF OF RIGHTS

Upon purchasing the extended license, the transaction receipt will serve as proof of the User's extended rights. Additionally, a separate pdf certificate will be sent to you, containing a link to register your business information.

✿ DESIGN PURCHASE

The extended license grants you the right to use our digital designs outlined in the permitted usage. However, it is essential to understand that the extended license solely covers the usage rights and does not transfer ownership of the design files. All designs remain the exclusive property of SVG Society. To utilize our designs for commercial purposes, you must acquire the extended license in addition to purchasing the individual design files separately. This ensures that you are fully compliant with the terms of use for each design file while benefiting from the extended rights provided by this license agreement.

✿ CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

As the digital design industry continues to evolve, new types of products, services, and platforms may emerge that necessitate updates and changes to our terms of use. We therefore reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to better protect our designs from new risks. We kindly encourage you to review our terms of use regularly, especially when you observe significant changes in the industry or intend to use our designs in new ways. Your continued use of our designs constitutes your acceptance of any changes we make to our terms
